Mr. Kal Raman, CEG 1989 EEE & President, Bolt.
Kal Raman is President at Bolt, leading the Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams. Raman is an ecommerce industry veteran, serving in executive roles at Amazon (S-team), Samsung, Groupon, and Walmart. He was previously the CEO of GlobalScholar and Xome. Raman has also led many other companies and served as a board member/advisor at BigCommerce, Feedvisor, and Solana Labs.
Raman holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Anna University in Chennai, India. Kal currently resides in Seattle, Washington with his wife, two children, and Maltese puppy.
