Murali Krishnan is now the co-founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of RapL Inc. RapL delivers the platform and tools to help companies build next generation teams. He has two decades long tenure at Microsoft followed by stints as VP at Starbucks and a couple of software startups.
Murali is a happy graduate of CEG with BE in CSE and enjoyed his hostel days there. He rejuvenated the Computer Society of Anna University in the early 90s and was the President in 1990-1991. After CEG, he received an MS in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin. He is a Competent Toastmaster and was President of a local Toastmasters club.
He mentors, advises, and invests in dozens of startups. He leads early stage startup investments at Guindy Alumni Angels and Women Entrepreneurs Socal Angels Fund (WESA).
Murali loves running, biking, hiking, reading, and helping others. He is the founder of CEGO (CEG Outdoors group) to engage and cheer CEG alumni to get outdoors and stay healthy. He lives in Bellevue, WA, USA with his wife and two children.
