Shobana Radhakrishnan is a Senior Director of Engineering leading next-generation media personalization at Google. Prior to this, she has held various leadership roles at
Roku, Mindflash, Symantec, Netflix, and Yahoo working across a wide range of consumer products, including Geocities, Data Protection & Security, and Streaming
Media.
She has been invited to speak at various international conferences, including Amazon AWS Reinvent, QCon, Grace Hopper, and Streaming Media Connect.
She has been honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award from CEG in 2020, Silicon Valley Business Journal Women of Influence Award in 2022, and a Silicon Valley Best CIO Award finalist in 2015.
Shobana graduated at the top of her class from CEG, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in EEE in 1996, and has a master’s in Computer Science from the University.
