Mr. Ajit Kumar Chordia is the Managing Director of Olympia Group, a prominent real estate developer with significant presence across Chennai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. A third-generation entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience, he has established himself as a pioneer in multiple industries including automobile retail through the Khivraj Group and renewable energy ventures. He currently serves as the Chairman of CREDAI National’s Environment Committee and Vice Chairman of CII Chennai Zone. A passionate advocate for sustainable development, Mr. Chordia is a Senior Fellow of the Indian Green Building Council and has spearheaded numerous green building initiatives. Through the Khivraj Foundation, he actively champions education, healthcare, and rural development, including the establishment of schools in Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan. An alumnus of the College of Engineering, Guindy, Mr. Chordia brings deep expertise in family business governance, corporate strategy, and environmental sustainability to his speaking engagements.
