The world is replete with mental health issues. Breathing helps. Rooted in the ancient practices of Pranayama, yogic breathing can lead to healthier and happier lives. We are fortunate to have Vairavan Ramanathan from CEG ECE 94 to guide us. He will share the background, science, and show an approach for mental wellness.
Vairavan is a certified yoga teacher. He has been practicing Yoga tantra and meditation for over 25 years. Professionally he is currently working as Director, Head of Trade Transformation Asia Pacific, Bank of America, Singapore. He is also an active volunteer with Brahms centre ( mindfulness and mental wellness NGO) in Singapore helping people from different walks of life on mental wellness.
